Identifying the relationship between violence, tragedy and culture manifests itself in a diagnostic were by many urban and sub urban communities strive to provide activities and facilities that actively embrace and engage young people, this in recent years has become increasingly important to provide, yet difficult to achieve. Everything from the internet, computer gaming, erosion of group and communal activities together with space provided for such activities, has resulted in an increasingly isolatory status for young people and their relationship with society.

The requirement is the design of a small theatre as well as establishing an independent identity and home for the group that is integrated with it’s proposed site.
